| It all started with the desire for something different. As director of sales and marketing for the convention center in Greenville, SC, Kathy Vass was always searching for something unique to communicate Greenville in a creative, fun and memorable way. “I wanted something other than the word ‘Greenville’ scripted across a T-shirt,” Kathy says.
After opening her own Marketing and PR firm in 1998, Kathy teamed up with award-winning graphic designer Jane Dorn to create the unique look she had been looking for. Now, residents and visitors alike enjoy owning their own Greenville city block. And the line has grown well beyond t-shirts to include great Greenville novelties and souvenirs like shot glasses, wine charms, playing cards, hats, mugs and much more. Cityblocks donates a portion of all purchases to Triune Mercy Center, offering help to the homeless. |
